Warranty Policy

SP Tek – Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing SP Tek. These Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Warranty”) apply to all products sold by SP Tek (“Seller” or “Brand”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage

  • SP Tek offers a six (6) month warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
  • Note: Warranty coverage is limited to the specified products.

Warranty Registration

  • Customers must register their warranty within 7 days of delivery by scanning the barcode on the warranty card included with the product.
  • If the warranty is not registered within this period, future claims may be declined.

Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service:

  1. Customers should contact SP Tek’s customer support on WhatsApp.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including necessary details like:
    • Address
    • Email
    • Mobile number
    • Invoice
  3. Replacement approval is subject to evaluation by our team.

Pickup & Replacement Service

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item to SP Tek’s warehouse, bearing any associated shipping risks and fees.
  • Upon receipt and validation of the claim, SP Tek will provide a replacement product at no additional delivery cost to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

SP Tek’s warranty does not cover:

  1. Indirect or incidental damages, such as loss of data or business interruption.
  2. Issues caused by external factors (e.g., voltage fluctuations, inefficient data cables).
  3. Products tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized parties.
  4. Physical damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  5. Products purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) are only eligible for repair or replacement under warranty.
    • Note: Initial contact with the platform is advised.

Important: Claims must be made through WhatsApp customer support only.


Warranty Cancellation Conditions

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  1. The product is found to be working during the quality check after a “not working” claim.
  2. Instances of customer misbehavior or false claims.
  3. Tampering or modification of the product.
  4. Physical damage caused by improper packaging during returns.

Limitation of Liability

  • SP Tek’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the charger.
  • Liability will not exceed the product’s original purchase price.

Governing Law

  • This Warranty is governed by the laws of India.

Amendments

  • SP Tek reserves the right to modify these terms without notice.
  • Continued use of customer support services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund Policy

  • SP Tek’s warranty offers repair or replacement only.
  • No refunds will be provided.
