SP Tek – Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

The following terms apply to any products purchased from SP Tek.

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined as follows. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions
For this Return and Refund Policy:

    • Company (referred to as “SP Tek,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SP Tek, Shop no.13, Ground Floor, Elen Plaza, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
    • Goods refer to items available for purchase through our Service.
    • Orders mean a request made by You to purchase Goods from SP Tek.
    • Service refers to the website.
    • Website refers to SP Tek, accessible at https://sptekk.com/.
    • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without needing to provide a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure:

    • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
    • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • Goods customized or personalized to your specifications.
    • Goods that are perishable or have passed their expiry date.
    • Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
    • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless permitted by law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for covering the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Goods should be sent to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
